Responsibilities
- Greeting customers with a warm and professional attitude.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately.
- Serving food and beverages efficiently.
- Handling payments using the till system.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming dining area.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties.
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure excellent service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
