Description
PushON are a full-service eCommerce agency delivering Adobe Commerce (Magento) implementations and digital marketing solutions to national and international businesses. Established in 2005, PushON have been an Magento (Adobe Commerce) Solution Partner for over a decade.
Apprentify are hiring on behalf of our client.
As a technical support apprentice, you will play a pivotal role in the technical support function at PushOn. Supporting the client base across a variety of areas. Whether this be stand alone projects, retained services, or tech support for example.
This role is ideal for someone starting their career in technology who is eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for customer service.
You will receive training and support to develop your technical, communication, and organisational skills whilst gaining hands-on experience working with real clients and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to support tickets under the guidance of senior team members
- Assist with investigating and resolving website issues
- Help document support requests, solutions, and technical processes
- Learn how to prioritise and manage support tickets effectively
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
- Participate in team meetings and daily stand-ups
- Support testing of website updates and minor changes
- Assist with platform maintenance activities, updates, and security patches
- Learn about Adobe Commerce (Magento) and other eCommerce platforms
- Support wider technical projects as required, including audits and website improvements

On top of the requirements listed above, PushOn are also now actively seeking to implement AI into their tech support function. Through the Apprentify apprenticeship, you will be upskilled into developing a strong foundation in AI principles, which will subsequently allow you to play a key role into the introduction of AI into areas of your team at PushOn. By the end of the programme, learners become advocates for AI within the organisation, capable of driving innovation, supporting colleagues and helping embed AI into day-to-day business operations.
Things to consider
Hybrid working environment (2 days per week in the office in Manchester city centre)
22 days holiday + national holidays
