What you'll be doing:
- Preparing self assessments, management accounts, and corporation tax returns.
- Preparing Ltd company accounts whilst reviewing bookkeeping.
- Preparing MTD for Income Tax.
- Handling bookkeeping tasks using Xero and Dext.
- Preparing and reviewing VAT Returns.
- Assisting team members with their bookkeeping queries.
- Communicating confidently with clients via meetings, calls and messages.
- Providing proactive support to help clients understand and improve their numbers.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds at least AAT Level 4.
- Has a minimum of 3 years' experience in a UK accountancy practice.
- Is confident using Xero (and ideally Dext too).
- Can manage their own workload and work independently.
- Is great with clients and enjoys building strong relationships.
