Office Manager

JosTec are looking for a fast-paced, proactive and reliable Office Manager with excellent computer literacy and communication skills. The role involves managing key administrative and operational tasks, including creating sending invoices, scheduling field engineers, managing client communication and general office coordination.

JosTec is a fast-growing company with vast experience in Planning and Building Regulations compliance services, including Air Tightness Testing, Sound Insulation Testing, Noise Surveys, Ventilation Testing, SAP Calculations, Overheating Calculations and EPCs. Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Creating and issuing invoices using our internal CRM system
· Scheduling engineers to attend appointments and ensuring the calendar runs efficiently
· Monitoring payments, reconciling records and sending receipts or reminders to clients
· Managing inbound calls and emails with a professional and helpful manner
· Coordinating between field staff, clients and other office team members
· Identifying and implementing process improvements as the business continues to grow
· Taking inbound calls and directing them appropriately or assisting
· Sending reports to clients
· Uploading information into portals
· Manage equipment and van servicing and calibration
· Carrying out general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the business
Candidate
· Has excellent computer skills and can pick up new systems quickly
· Is confident using CRM platforms, email, calendars, spreadsheets and documents
· Can work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Communicates clearly and professionally over the phone and via email
· Is organised, reliable and able to work to deadlines with minimal supervision
· Has a positive, problem-solving mindset and a strong attention to detail
Previous experience in a similar office-based or admin-heavy role is desirable, especially where scheduling or finance-related tasks were involved.
Salary
£29,000–£35,000 depending on experience and skills.
Location
Hybrid, remote + office in Watford
