Etch Tech is a family-run manufacturing business in St. Neots - We are professional, inclusive and collaborative and looking for a Production Operative to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Follow safety protocol for the production floor
- Follow all quality and safety standards
- Assist in the cleaning of the production floor
- Assist in the packaging of orders
- Assist in the production of components
- Adhere to all quality and safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
- Maintain a clean work area at all times
Experience:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Interested in applicants with experience in Assembly, but not a required skill
- Prior experience working in a fast paced environment, with multiple tasks and deadlines preferred.
- Prior experience using power tools may be beneficial
- Prior experience with soldering may be beneficial
