Cromwell Medical Staffing is currently recruiting an experienced Band 5 Community Nurse (RGN) to join the East Cheshire NHS

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care within community settings in line with NHS standards
- Support patients with ongoing healthcare needs in their homes and community environments
- Work collaboratively with GPs, district nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and care plans
- Promote patient independence, wellbeing, and safeguarding
- Adhere to infection prevention, clinical governance, and NHS policies
- Respond effectively in dynamic and fast-paced care environments
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration
- Proven Band 5 experience in community setting.
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Up-to-date mandatory training and compliance
- Available to start ASAP
