We are looking for a Compliance Analyst who can support the development, monitoring and improvement of our compliance framework. You will review policies, assess operational risks, maintain accurate records and work closely with internal teams to ensure that procedures remain consistent with applicable standards.
This is a mid level position suited to someone who is analytical, organised and confident working with detailed documentation and multiple stakeholders.

Competitive Package:
The salary range for this position is GBP 2700 to GBP 3200 per month, depending on experience and relevant qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Monitoring:
Review internal processes, records and business activities to confirm that they meet company policies, contractual obligations and relevant regulatory requirements.
Policy and Procedure Management:
Assist with drafting, updating and maintaining compliance policies, standard operating procedures, control documents and internal guidance materials.
Risk Assessment:
Identify potential compliance risks, document findings and recommend practical actions to reduce operational, regulatory and reputational exposure.
Internal Reviews:
Support scheduled compliance checks, internal audits and quality reviews. Track findings and follow up with responsible teams until corrective actions are completed.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate compliance registers, audit trails, policy records, certification documents and supporting evidence.
Regulatory Research:
Monitor changes in relevant standards, regulations and industry guidance. Summarise important developments and communicate their potential impact to internal stakeholders.
Reporting:
Prepare clear compliance reports, dashboards and management updates that highlight trends, risks, outstanding actions and areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Support:
Provide practical compliance guidance to employees and assist teams in understanding documentation, reporting and control requirements.
Training Support:
Help prepare compliance briefings, staff guidance and awareness materials. Support the delivery of internal training where required.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, risk, governance, auditing, accreditation or a similar regulated business environment.
Education:
A degree or professional qualification in business, law, finance, risk management, quality management or a related subject is preferred. Relevant practical experience will also be considered.
Compliance Knowledge:
A good understanding of compliance monitoring, internal controls, policy management, risk assessment and audit preparation.
Analytical Skills:
You can review detailed information, identify inconsistencies and explain findings clearly and objectively.
Communication Skills:
You are comfortable communicating with employees, managers and external stakeholders. You can present compliance requirements in clear and practical language.
Organisation:
You can manage several reviews, documents and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Technical Skills:
You are confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and document management systems. Experience with compliance, audit or quality management software is an advantage.
Language Skills:
Strong written and spoken English is required.

Pay: £2,410.00-£3,000.00 per month
