We are looking for a professional, efficient and friendly Registered Nurse, HCP or HCA vaccinator to join the current vaccination team as we continue to roll out the Flu and Covid 19 booster doses.
As we continue the fight against Flu and Covid 19 and the Autumn Booster phase of the Covid Vaccine Programme, we are adding to our team of healthcare professionals and assistants to help over the winter period.
We are a Pharmacy Lead Vaccine site delivering many vaccines in a friendly, professional and efficient manner, located in Basingstoke.
The Role Requirements and responsibilities are:
- Be qualified and trained to give Flu and Covid-19 vaccinations under the National Protocol
- Prepare Covid 19 vaccinations for administration using an aseptic technique - this includes reconstitution, drawing up of saline, and the Vaccine.
- Conducting pre-vaccination clinical assessments.
- Reviewing Patient medical history and potential adverse reactions
- Basic Life Support and Anaphylaxis Training
- Follow infection control procedures throughout the day and in between patients.
It would be beneficial if:
- You have a Level 3 in child safety and an Enhanced DBS (with adult and child barred list information) to be able to vaccinate under-18s
- Have previous experience in Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations over the last year

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Pay will be agreed upon based on clinical expertise and experience.
