Technical Manager
Location: Redruth
We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead our site technical function, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance are consistently delivered.
This is a key leadership role where you’ll act as the main technical contact for customers, drive audit excellence, and champion a strong Food Safety & Quality culture across the site.
What you’ll be doing

Leading and developing the Technical team to deliver best-in-class standards

Ensuring the site is audit-ready at all times, managing customer and third-party audits

Driving continuous improvement across food safety, quality, and compliance

Leading investigations, root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions

Managing supplier approval and ensuring raw material compliance

Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Supporting site strategy, KPIs, and operational excellence initiatives
What we’re looking for

Strong Technical leadership experience within food manufacturing (FMCG)

Excellent knowledge of food safety standards (e.g. HACCP, BRC)

Proven experience managing audits and customer relationships

A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong influencing skills

Passion for driving continuous improvement and high standards
