ROLE
The Quality-of-Care Manager will be responsible for delivering and innovating all aspects of operational childcare services throughout the Centre to the highest standard in collaboration with the staff team. The post which will report directly to the Centre Manager requires an enthusiastic, committed, and experienced person who is passionate about excellence, can lead change, and who will lead and inspire our team of staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Work as part of an integrated management team, to ensure the Centre works in compliance with Minimum Standards July 2012 (Amended October 2018)
2 To ensure the care and protection of children is the priority of the setting through adherence to relevant Policies and Procedures including Safeguarding.
3 To lead and manage the operational delivery, innovation, and quality of early years care within the Centre in accordance with Minimum and other recognized standards.
4 To ensure children’s needs are met, developmentally, emotionally, and physically.
5 To work closely with all Centre staff to ensure that a high quality of care and education is always provided.
6 Provide a safe, secure, stimulating, and vibrant environment for all children who use the Centre.
7 To develop and promote excellent two-way relationships with parents and carers who use the Centre, encouraging their full participation and involvement in the continuous assessment of quality-of-care standards and improvement of the service we offer.
8 Keep abreast of the policy and best practice developments within the early years sector and ensure same are adopted and implemented accordingly.
9 Ensure adherence to equality of opportunity and anti-discriminatory practice in all areas of the early years Centre’s practice.
Pay: From £123,456.00 per year
