Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Bricklayers Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will provide essential support to skilled bricklayers and masons, assisting with various tasks on construction sites to ensure smooth and efficient building processes. Responsibilities
- Assist bricklayers and masons by preparing materials, tools, and work areas for daily tasks
- Handle hand tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, and levels with care and precision
- Support the mixing and transportation of mortar, bricks, blocks, and other building materials
- Maintain a clean work environment by clearing debris and organizing supplies regularly
- Operate power tools under supervision, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Assist with basic carpentry tasks related to formwork or scaffolding setup when needed
- Follow safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and promote a secure work site
Requirements
- Must be able to drive
- must have CSCS card
- Basic understanding of bricklaying, masonry, or construction site practices is advantageous
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor
- Willingness to learn new skills such as welding or operating power tools under supervision
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Prior experience in this field is helpful but not required

Pay: £12.91-£16.00 per hour
