2 X Part Time Medical Receptionist/Clerical Assistant
20 Hours Per Week
Monday - Friday
Vacancy 1 8am-12md - Vacancy 2 2pm- 6pm
£23,819 - £26,339 Pro-rata (£12.38 - £13.69 per hour)
We are looking to add to add two new receptionists to our reception team. We want to hear from you, if you:
Enjoy dealing with members of the public on the telephone and in person, and therefore have excellent communication skills with a pleasant telephone manner.
Work with the minimum of supervision in a busy and sometimes stressful environment.
Are patient focused and have compassion to communicate sensitively and effectively in challenging situations.
Have excellent organisation and IT skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred, but not essential.
Are able to work flexible hours, according to the needs of the practice during periods of annual leave.
Have vision, willingness and drive, to adapt to changes in the NHS.
Understand the need for confidentiality.
Are professional in your approach.
Will be enthusiastic, happy to work independently and thrive on working to high standards.
Have previous experience of working in a GP practice. Although experience is not essential, it is preferred.
