The Team & Focus of the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Rural Partner to join and lead our Doncaster Rural Property Management team. This is an opportunity to take responsibility for a well-established team, with overall responsibility for seven colleagues, including three direct reports, and the potential for further growth as the team continues to develop.
Working as part of the wider Rural Property Management department, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our client standards remain consistently high, while supporting the team to deliver high-quality estate and property management services. You’ll also form part of the wider Property Management and Consultancy division, working closely with colleagues across the Doncaster office, including Commercial Property Management and Infrastructure Consultancy, to maximise opportunities for clients and the wider business.

Duties will include:
- Being the lead contact on key clients
- Budget responsibilities including fee forecasting, utilising WIP and working with the central credit control team to ensure fee income is maximised
- Allocation of resource to portfolios and projects

High quality line management to ensure an engaged team
- Attending monthly team leads meeting

Working with office and department Business Development champions to maximise client opportunities
- Actively engaging with Fisher German’s safe working policies and procedures
- Engaging with wider Shared Services initiatives
- Working with the team to ensure you are working to high standard of client compliance
The successful candidate will have...
- MRICS qualified (essential)
- CAAV qualified (desirable)
- Demonstrable experience within rural property management at senior level
- Good commerciality demonstrated by previous management or direct involvement in budgets and fee forecasting
- Previous experience of delivering high quality client service

- Self-motivated and highly organised
