Job Title: Compliance Officer – Clinical Insourcing

We are now seeking a Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team within our medical recruitment and clinical insourcing divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the compliance function, ensuring all recruitment and insourcing candidates meet regulatory and contractual requirements (e.g., GMC, DBS, NMC, RTW, immunisations).
- Have a key role in the end-to-end compliance process, including pre-employment checks, professional registration, right-to-work documentation, references, and medical clearances.
- Ensure timely renewals of compliance documents and keep an organised and up-to-date database of all candidates.
- Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes for clinicians.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a compliance role, ideally within medical recruitment, healthcare, or clinical insourcing.
- Strong understanding of NHS frameworks, CQC standards, and other healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in maintaining databases and producing compliance reports.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of GDPR regulations and right-to-work checks.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to problem-solve and work independently.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with medical staffing software and compliance systems.
- Experience handling high-volume candidate compliance in a fast-paced environment.
