About the Role
We're looking for a Learning and Development Coach to support and inspire apprentices throughout their learning journey. You'll manage a caseload of learners, delivering engaging teaching, coaching and assessment that helps them develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required within their apprenticeship standards.
Working closely with apprentices and employers, you'll provide tailored support, monitor progress, deliver functional skills and sector-specific training, and ensure learners successfully achieve their qualifications within agreed timescales. You'll also contribute to Agincare's wider Learning & Development activities and champion safeguarding and learner wellbeing at every stage.
This role is a remote role with some travel to deliver in person training at our patch offices and homes.
About You
We're looking for a motivated and organised professional who is passionate about learning and development within Health & Social Care. You'll have:

Relevant sector qualifications at Level 3 or above

English and Maths at Level 2 (or equivalent)

A1 Assessor Award (or equivalent)

Experience delivering training and apprenticeships

Experience working within the Health & Social Care sector

Strong planning, organisational and workload management skills

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and e-portfolio systems

Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
-
A commitment to safeguarding, learner wellbeing and inclusive education

A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
