We have an opportunity for a part time office administrator in a growing family business which operates across the country manufacturing a bespoke patented product and supplying rental units to the motor manufacturing industry, motor dealerships and widely to the film industry. The customer base consists of many Blue Chip companies which require an eye for detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ability to draft/write professional letters and e-mails.
- Answering telephone calls in a timely fashion, taking clear and detailed messages.
- Prioritise messages, invites and appointments.
- Responds on behalf of the Managing Director to enquiries received if appropriate.
- Prepare materials for reports, agendas, and meetings.
- Proactively manages diaries and priorities.
- Sourcing and ordering materials for the engineering team to keep operations running smoothly.

Salary dependant on experience and pro rata.
