We are seeking candidates with experience of delivering WJEC AS and A2 Level French ideally with previous Level 3 teaching experience and relevant teaching qualifications for an immediate September start.
As a Flexible FE Lecturer, you will deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions, support learner achievement, and contribute to a positive learning experience across a range of vocational and academic subjects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality teaching and learning sessions.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Monitor attendance, engagement, and achievement.
- Maintain accurate learner records and documentation.
- Support learners to achieve their qualifications and career goals.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and awarding body requirements.
- Work collaboratively with curriculum teams and support staff.
Candidate Requirements We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
- Experience teaching WJEC AS and A Level French.
- Strong subject knowledge in French.
- Experience teaching at Level 3.
- Relevant teaching qualifications or appropriate FE teaching experience.
