We are seeking experienced Senior Residential Support Workers to join our team, to lead shifts and be supported to develop into future deputy and registered children's home managers.
We are looking for committed, pro-active and positive candidates to be part of a team, led by the Registered Manager, to ensure the delivery of a safe and Ofsted compliant home with ambition and high aspirations for children’s care
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in Children’s Residential Homes
- Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent (as set out in the Children's Home Regulations 2015) or able to work towards
- Experience of managing challenging behaviour
- Passionate about working with children and young people
- Understanding of children’s social and emotional development
- Able to engage positively with children
- Excellent record-keeping skills
- Must be able to sleep over and undertake shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Full UK Driving Licence
