Summary
The RISE Trust are seeking a dedicated Alternative Provision Room Leader to join our team based at the RISE community hub in Chippenham.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the alternative provision room to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
- implement tailored intervention plans during sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support children and young people
- Proven experience in teaching or youth work, particularly within special education or alternative provision settings.
- Ability to work effectively with children and young people in a trauma focused way.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Relevant qualifications in education, social work, or related fields are preferred.

Pay: £12.71-£13.89 per hour
