We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing and developing our valued client relationships.
As Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met through a high-quality, responsive and proactive service. - Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the company’s values and standards are consistently reflected in client delivery.
- Proactively identifying potential issues and taking action to resolve them before they impact the client.
Must-have skills and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple deadlines.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to think ahead, identify potential issues and make effective decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate work within tight deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine commitment to delivering a positive client experience.
- Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A willingness and ability to learn new systems, including Joblogic, with training provided.
- The ability to organise and coordinate others effectively.
- A commercial mindset, with an understanding of the importance of efficiency, profitability and continuous improvement.
- A positive, professional and collaborative approach to working as part of a team.
Would be good to have
- Previous experience working within an installation, maintenance, facilities management or similar service-based business would be advantageous, but is not essential.
