Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and welcoming. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently, ensuring they are used safely and stored correctly.
- Drive to various locations as required to perform cleaning duties, ensuring timely arrival at each site.
Qualifications
- Must be local to Manchester for the ease of Travel
- Proven experience in a cleaning role in the UK
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
