About the Role:
This is an interesting and varied role in general practice providing a high standard of nursing care for patients as well as providing nursing assistance to the doctors and other members of the primary healthcare team. The duties will include all tasks normally undertaken by an experienced band 6 qualified B6 nurse in General Practice.
Essential:
Registered Nurse (NMC).
Experience working in General Practice.
Cervical cytology qualification.
Childhood and adult immunisation experience
Experience using SystmOne.
Independent clinical decision-making skills.
Desirable:
FeNO training
Respiratory diploma or equivalent qualification.
Travel health qualification.
Chronic disease management experience.
Experience managing asthma and/or COPD patients.
