Job Title: Sales and Customer service

LTR Supplies is a small, friendly workwear supplier based near Sittingbourne. We are looking for a keen, energetic and customer-focused individual to join our hardworking team in an in-house telesales and retail administration role.
About the role
This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys speaking with customers, keeping information organised and supporting a busy team. The role will involve contacting existing and potential customers, answering questions, recording details accurately and helping with retail and administration duties when required.
Key responsibilities
- Contacting existing clients by telephone
- Contacting potential customers and introducing LTR Supplies
- Answering customer questions in a helpful and professional manner
- Documenting customer information and purchase details accurately
- Resolving customer queries or passing them to the right team member
- Supporting retail assistant duties when required
- Carrying out general administration tasks when needed
- Supporting the external sales team with customer follow-up and information
About you
Previous customer service experience would be an advantage, but the right attitude is just as important. We are looking for someone who is:
- Well organised and able to keep accurate records
- Punctual, reliable and ready to support the team
- Enthusiastic and confident speaking with customers by telephone
- Accurate, tidy and able to work carefully
- Friendly, helpful and customer focused

- Pay: £12.75 per hour
- Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Saturday work: Every third Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
- Work location: In person, near Sittingbourne
