Join the RAC as an Agile Delivery Lead and lead delivery across our web and mobile app teams, helping engineers and product teams move faster, smarter and with the support of AI-assisted and agentic AI coding.
You’ll play a key role in how we build and release our web and mobile products. Working closely with engineers, product and design, you’ll keep delivery focused, remove blockers and help teams make the most of modern tools and ways of working, including AI-supported and Agentic AI development.
Location: Bradley Stoke (hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 from home)
Salary: Up to 53k depending on experience +10% annual bonus
