Role Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support our daily operations and customer service. This role focuses on execution and requires the ability to handle tasks independently, ensure accuracy, and support smooth business operations across different functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via chat, email, and messaging platforms, and support order conversion
- Process orders and coordinate logistics arrangements
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Review and manage basic documents and data (e.g. order details, contracts, records)
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability, with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in Chinese and working proficiency in English
- Proactive and hands-on attitude, with willingness to support both operational and routine tasks
- Prior experience in customer service, operations, e-commerce, or a similar execution-focused role
- Familiarity with international, cross-border, or multi-cultural customer environments is preferred
- Commercial awareness with a good understanding of customer behaviour, sales processes, and conversion-driven thinking
