Kitchen Porter – Hoiana, Vietnamese Restaurant (Leeds)
We're looking for a reliable and hard-working Kitchen Porter to join our team at Hoiana, a modern Vietnamese restaurant in Leeds. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans efficiently and safely
- Assist chefs with basic food prep when needed
- Help with deliveries and stock rotation
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
