Having an accident can be stressful enough, the repair process doesn't have to be! We are a well established business with a track record of going above and beyond for our customers.
Sapphire is one of the UK's most prestigious Accident Repair Centres operating from a 3.5 acre site close to Manchester City Centre. We are by no means a 'back street garage'.
We call ourselves Team Sapphire and that's because we work together as a team to deliver the best results in the industry. One department cannot work without the other and that is why we have cultivated a working culture whereby every department and part of the repair process is respected - whether dealing with customers direct or paint mixing!

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email and in person.
- Executing customer handovers regularly on site, including booking courtesy cars out and checking them back to site.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests (vehicle knowledge not essential, training on the job provided.)
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers, updating our Emacs Bodyshop Management System (this is self explanitary and training on our systems will be provided.)
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Confident communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
Although it would go in your favour if you have previous customer service experience, this is not essential by any means! As long as you are willing to learn and have the right working attitude, we would love to hear from you!
Pay: £26,520.00-£30,000.00 per year
