Main Responsibilities & Skills
- Drive and deliver strong sales performance.
- Consistently achieve store KPIs in line with company benchmarks.
- Take full responsibility for running the store, including administrative duties, cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and POS operations.
- Be operationally astute with excellent attention to detail.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively and remain calm under pressure.
- Demonstrate passion, enthusiasm and strong leadership skills to motivate and develop the team.
- Develop excellent product knowledge and ensure this is shared with the wider team so everyone becomes a brand expert.
- Coach and develop the team in customer service and selling skills.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of store operations, including deliveries, stock returns, refunds, exchanges, cashing-up and cash-handling procedures.
- Manage individual and team performance, taking ownership of overall store results.
- Communicate effectively with the store team and wider business.
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and understand key business priorities, including best sellers, key trading periods and important events.
- Always maintain a positive attitude and act as a strong brand ambassador for Future D2C Ltd and Timberland.
