We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House (FOH) Team Members to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, efficient food and beverage handling, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure our guests enjoy memorable visits. Previous restaurant or culinary experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations efficiently
- Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages promptly
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
- Handle guest enquiries professionally, providing information about menu options and specials
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service stations throughout shifts
- Process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems and issue receipts
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
- Support team members in delivering a seamless dining experience
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques
- Experience in serving or food preparation is desirable
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and guests seamlessly
