Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and manage their seating arrangements efficiently
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues professionally
- Support bar operations, including serving drinks and managing stock levels
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist in setting up event spaces or special functions when necessary
Skills
- Proven experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Previous restaurant experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
