Overview
Parklands Services is a well established maintenance & construction provider based in Wigan & we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be required to support company operations, whilst carrying out & effectively managing all aspects of HR. This includes (but is not limited to) the following:
- Develop, implement & control all HR policies, procedures & documentation.
- Work closely with our HR Consultants when dealing with aspects of HR.
- All aspects of the recruitment process.
- Manage training requirements
- All aspects of performance & management (including investigations, disciplinaries & grievances).
- Maintain compliance & achievement of qualifications, i.e, carrying out in-house audits for ISO
Key Skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Computer literate, with a good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate clearly & effectively in both verbal & written communication, at all levels
- Capable of working well, both independently & within a team
- Manage time efficiently & multi-task effectively
- Ability to take ownership of tasks & exhibit problem-solving skills
