Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Hairdresser to join our vibrant salon team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and grooming services that leave clients feeling confident and beautiful. Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type
- Offer expert advice on hair care routines and product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction
- Perform specialized beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application when required
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health and safety standards
- Engage with clients at the front desk to schedule appointments, upsell products and services, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Mentor junior staff members by sharing techniques, offering guidance, and supporting their professional growth
- Assist with store management tasks including inventory control and maintaining sales records
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser with a strong portfolio of diverse styling techniques
- Skills in barbering, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty treatments are highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability in customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Experience in store management or retail environment is a plus
- Ability to multitask effectively at the front desk while delivering high-quality service
- Passion for mentoring others and staying current with industry trends
