About the Role of Hotel Sales Manager (MAT Cover):
- Coordinate commercial, hospitality and event bookings from enquiry to completion.
- Prepare and manage client quotes and RFPs in line with Hilton processes.
- Act as the main on-site contact for clients, suppliers and sales teams.
- Support sales growth through account management and new business enquiries.
- Manage the hotel's social media and promotional content.
- Support sponsorship, commercial initiatives and community engagement.
- Coordinate event logistics to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare booking details, contracts and invoices, ensuring accurate billing.
- Maintain up-to-date marketing materials and sales collateral.
- Provide administrative support, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
