We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to oversee the operations of our care home facility. The Home Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the care home, ensuring compliance with CQC standards
- Deliver exceptional standards of care and drive continuous improvement
- Manage, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team
- Oversee budgeting, occupancy, and administrative duties
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Care Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a nursing home setting
- NVQ Level 5
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care standards
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care
