We are looking for an experienced, qualified and motivated Dental Nurse to join our friendly, professional team as Head Dental Nurse at our award-winning, fully private dental practice in Sutton Coldfield.

About the Role
As Head Dental Nurse, you will be a senior and valued member of the team, taking responsibility for maintaining high standards of nursing, cross-infection control, surgery preparation and patient care, while supporting and coordinating the wider nursing team.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced and confident in all aspects of dental nursing
- GDC registered and fully qualified
- Organised, reliable and able to take responsibility
- A natural leader who can motivate and support a team
- Professional, approachable and confident when communicating with patients and colleagues
- Passionate about delivering exceptional standards of patient care
- Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to contribute to the continued development of the practice
- Comfortable working in a private, high-quality clinical environment
Additional experience in areas such as digital/3D scanning, dental radiography, sedation nursing or advanced restorative/implant dentistry would be highly desirable.

Experience: Senior or leadership dental nursing experience is desirable. However, full training will be provided if you do not have this experience.
