Hours: Flexible shifts available across 7 days a week, between 6am – 11pm (Weekend availability is a must)
Pay: £10.85–£12.71 per hour

About Us
Since opening in March 2025, Play Padel Sheffield has become the home of padel in South Yorkshire.
Our venues are built on three simple values: All People. All Ages. All Abilities.
We’re proud to be the city’s first indoor padel club — a vibrant, high-energy venue combining sport, coffee, and community. With 4 indoor courts, we’re open from 6am - 11pm, 7 days a week.
Later this year we plan to open a flagship site at Meadowhall with 8 courts and state of the art facilities!
About the Role
We’re looking for new team members to join our growing Front of House crew. You’ll be part of the face of Play Padel - welcoming players, serving drinks, handling bookings, and keeping the vibe friendly and inclusive.
This role is incredibly flexible, perfect for anyone aged 18+, and happy to work a mixture of early mornings, evenings and weekends.
You’ll also be part of a passionate team, helping shape the experience at one of the UK’s most exciting new padel clubs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and ensuring they have a great experience
- Handling bookings, payments and player queries
- Serving barista-style coffee and refreshments
- Supporting retail sales and managing rental equipment
- Keeping the space tidy, friendly and well-run
- Promoting sessions, socials and tournaments
- Supporting fellow team members during busy times
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, confident communicators
- Love for sport, community and people
- Customer service, hospitality or retail experience preferred
- Barista experience is a bonus (but we can train you!)
- Willing to work flexibly, including weekends, early mornings and evenings
