Job Description:
Location: Cardiff CF11 | Type: Full-time, | Pay: £12.71/hour
We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our production team as a Liquid Production
Technician. This is a hands-on, full-time role in beverage manufacturing.
What You'll Be Doing:-
Batch Preparation & Blending
● Preparing and mixing ingredients for beverage production, following detailed
blending sheets and recipes.
● Ensure accuracy and consistency in all batches under the supervision of the
Blend Team Manager.
● Cleaning and sanitation of all process equipment and plant using CIP protocols.
LEAN Manufacturing Practices
● Learn how to identify and reduce waste, improve efficiency, and maintain a clean,
safe, and organised workspace.
● Support continuous improvement initiatives within the blending and production
areas.
Compliance & Record Keeping
● Complete batch records, blending documentation, and compliance paperwork
accurately and on time.
● Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety protocols.
Teamwork & Collaboration
● Work alongside skilled blenders to keep production running smoothly.
● Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.
Training & Development
● Take part in all in-house and external training opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
● An interest in food & drink production, chemistry, or liquid based manufacturing
fields (relevant work experience in this area is a strong advantage).
● Strong attention to detail, especially when measuring and preparing ingredients.
● Practical, hands-on mindset with a willingness to learn and improve.
● Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
carefully.
● A team player with good communication skills.
