We’re looking for confident, calm, and fast Chefs to join our kitchen team at Ria’s.

Responsibilities
- Lead services and execute on our signature Detroit-style pizza
- Work closely with the Head Chef to implementing processes, prep-schedules, training and systems
- Managing and overseeing our dough and prep schedules
- Maintaining and driving our pizza standards and consistency
- Performing weekly stock counts and orders
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Reporting on H&S checklists, stock variance and GP margins, sales targets and quality audits
Experience / Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience with dough preparation and pizza making
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of dough production and stock management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Interest in natural wines and broader culinary sets
