Parkside is a very friendly, welcoming and popular school.
We have a fantastic opportunity where you would work the following hours (potentially part-of these hours if required) in our before and after school clubs (wrap around care) for school terms:
Monday: 7.15-8.45 and 3.00-4.30
Tuesday: 7.15-8.45 and 3.00-5.30
Wednesday: 7.15-8.45 and 3.00-4.30
Thursday: 7.15-8.45 and 3.00-4.30
Friday: 7.15-8.45 and 3.00-5.30
This appointment would be a maternity cover (anticipated as 12 months).
Whilst our preference is to appoint one person for all of the available hours, we would certainly consider applicants who applied only for the morning or afternoon hours. Please specify in your application what hours you would be able to do.
We are looking for an excellent, self-motivated individual who has experience working with primary aged children. As a new member of the team, you would be working closely with our experienced WRAP team (all of whom also work in the school during the teaching day).
We can offer:
● Enthusiastic and positive pupils
● A very friendly and supportive staff team
In addition to the above, we have a beautiuful school and grounds (both of which which our WRAP club use) as well as a welcoming and suportive team and lovely children!
Visits to the school in advance of application are welcomed and strongly encouraged (our term begins on the 3rd September). You can arrange this by emailing [email protected]
Closing date for applications is 11th September 2026. Interviews will be held the following week by agreement.
The start date would be 5th October 2026.
