- Adapt support inline with individual needs, including children with SEND or ECHPs, under the direction of teaching staff or SENCO.
- Promote the schools values and high expectations of behavior, encouraging self control and independence, while building respectful relationships.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
-
Holds GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above, alongside a relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or above).
-
Has experience working with children aged 3 to 11 as a Teaching Assistant, including experience delivering small groups and one-to-one interventions.
-
Brings a warm, caring, and positive attitude towards children, and is a reliable, proactive team player committed to promoting inclusion and working within the school's safeguarding policies.
