Join Our Growing Team
CS Cleaning is looking for an exceptionally organised and proactive Office Coordinator to support our Specialist Cleaning Division at our head office in Broughton, Milton Keynes.
Our Specialist Division delivers a wide range of one-off services including deep cleans, end of tenancy cleaning, pressure washing, builders cleans and other specialist cleaning projects. Every day is different, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where organisation is everything.
This is not a role for someone who likes to do one task at a time. You'll be juggling multiple jobs, speaking with customers, coordinating operatives and ensuring everything is in place for each project to run smoothly.
The Role
You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and organising the daily operations of our Specialist Division, including managing the schedules of up to 20 full-time operatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and managing daily and weekly work schedules.
- Speaking with customers by phone and email.
- Booking jobs and coordinating appointments.
- Preparing and sending quotations, confirmations and job documentation.
- Producing stock picking lists for upcoming jobs (our warehouse team will pick the stock).
- Liaising with operatives and managers to ensure jobs are fully prepared.
- Managing Outlook calendars and maintaining accurate records.
- Updating spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Handling multiple priorities while ensuring nothing gets missed.
What We're Looking For
Organisation is the single most important quality for this role.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is exceptionally organised and enjoys planning.
- Can confidently manage multiple tasks at once without losing attention to detail.
- Has excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
- Is confident communicating with customers and colleagues.
- Works well under pressure and can prioritise effectively.
- Has outstanding attention to detail.
- Is reliable, proactive and takes ownership of their work.
- Enjoys solving problems and keeping things running efficiently.
Previous experience in scheduling, planning, office administration, logistics, service coordination or operations would be an advantage, but attitude, organisation and the ability to multitask are what matter most.
What We Offer
- Monday to Friday working pattern – no weekends.
- 6-hour working day.
- 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
- Friendly, supportive head office team.
- A varied role where no two days are the same.
- Opportunity to play a key part in a growing business.
If you're someone who loves organising people, diaries and workloads, enjoys a busy environment and takes pride in making sure everything runs like clockwork, we'd love to hear from you.
To apply, please send your CV along with a short covering email explaining why you'd be a great fit for this role.
Those who do not apply with cover letter will not be considered, we feel if you have the skills to organise an entire division you would be the sort of person who reads the entire memo …
