We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced General Maintenance Person to join our team. We need a person who takes pride in delivering quality work to keep the appearance of our dealership up to our own and our franchise partners’ exacting standards. This role will involve a wide variety of work both internal and external work including basic joinery and plumbing tasks, general repairs to buildings and equipment, painting/decorating and cleaning/clearing and grounds maintenance/gardening.
You should have experience of working in a similar role or be able to demonstrate a sound working knowledge to produce high-quality workmanship. Good communication and interpersonal skills, a willingness to deal with different issues that arise and a full UK driving licence are also essential.
You will be based out of our Barrow dealership but will need to do occasional travel to our other dealerships in Kendal and Barrow. This is a part time position and the hours of work are 3 days a week, the actual days worked being negotiable.
