As a Group Tax Analyst, you'll be an integral part of ERM's global tax team, helping ensure the business meets its tax obligations while supporting initiatives that enable sustainable growth. Your work will contribute to accurate reporting, strong governance, and effective tax management across a complex international organization.

In this role, you will:

Help deliver accurate and timely UK corporate tax compliance.

Support tax accounting and financial reporting processes across the Group.

Contribute to international compliance requirements, including FATCA and CRS reporting.

Assist with audit readiness and coordination with external auditors.

Support tax documentation and intercompany arrangements that underpin global operations.

Work with Regional Tax Directors on strategic projects and tax planning initiatives.

Maintain key tax systems and tools that support efficient global tax management.

Lead the preparation and submission of UK corporate tax returns.

Assist with tax accounting for Group reporting and UK statutory accounts.

Support FATCA and CRS filing processes and related compliance activities.

Prepare and collate tax information for annual financial audits.

Gather and maintain tax-related remittance documentation, including withholding tax certificates and declarations.

Assist in compiling legal agreements supporting intercompany transactions.

Administer and maintain Group Tax online systems and tools.

Support Regional Tax Directors with tax planning initiatives and special projects across the Group.

Provide administrative and operational support for various global tax filings and processes.

Contribute to continuous improvement of tax processes, controls, and documentation.

Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Economics, Business, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is an asset.

Relevant tax, accounting, or finance experience, including internships, placements, or 1–2 years of professional experience.
