Duties
- Host engaging and energetic live streams on TikTok, showcasing a variety of products with enthusiasm and authenticity
- Interact actively with viewers through comments, questions, and live chat to build rapport and encourage participation
- Demonstrate product features clearly, answer questions promptly, and provide honest recommendations to inspire confidence in viewers
- Manage the selling process by guiding viewers through purchase steps and promoting special offers or promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content themes, product highlights, and promotional campaigns for live sessions
- Monitor live stream analytics to optimize engagement strategies and improve future broadcasts
- Maintain a professional online presence that aligns with brand values while adhering to platform guidelines
Skills
- Excellent public relations skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences
- Strong social media management experience, particularly on TikTok or similar platforms
