Duties
- Plan and execute comprehensive training programs tailored to athletes’ skill levels and goals
- Demonstrate and teach synchronised swimming techniques, including routines, dives, lifts, and formations
- Monitor athlete progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed during all training sessions and competitions
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages motivation, sportsmanship, and personal growth
- Organize practice schedules, competitions, and performances in coordination with event organizers
- Maintain equipment, swimwear, and safety gear to ensure optimal training conditions
Skills
- Proven sports coaching experience with a focus on aquatic disciplines or synchronised swimming preferred
- Strong teaching abilities with the talent to communicate techniques clearly and motivate athletes effectively
- Excellent knowledge of synchronised swimming routines, safety standards, and water safety practices
- Ability to develop customized training plans that challenge athletes while ensuring their safety
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with athletes, parents, and team members
