The Role
This is a trusted, hands-on role with real independence. You'll run the building after hours to a clear, easy-to-follow nightly routine, so there's no guesswork and no surprises — just a calm, well-organised shift and the satisfaction of handing everything over in perfect shape.
Your night at a glance
- Security & peace of mind: securing the gates and entrances, checking fire exits and doors are clear, and confirming the fire panel is fault-free.
- Kitchen resets: bringing our shared kitchens back to a spotless standard — appliances off, surfaces gleaming, windows secured, quick stock and fridge checks — plus a short handover clip so the morning team knows exactly where things stand.
- Communal spaces: making sure entrances, corridors, washrooms and shower rooms are fresh, tidy and fully stocked for a busy morning.
- Handover: a final walk of the floors, a quick tidy of reception, re-opening the kitchens and docking your body camera to close out the shift.
