Job Summary
Join our in house team as an Intern and embark on an exciting journey to develop your skills in sewing and garment constructions as well as working in a shop front tailoring business. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting the director and founder of Kale bespoke in running the business as well as supporting the in house tailors with making the bespoke piece. You will work closely with experienced professionals, and help drive the shop's organisational growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist the director in administrative tasks
- Support in house tailors with sewing and garment construction
- Help with social media and social interaction with customers in shop
- Collaborate with team members on project tasks to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices relevant to ongoing projects.
- Maintain organized records of customers and measurement from fittings and consultations.
Qualifications
- Sewing and/or garment construction
- Hand sewing
- Comfortable with welcoming in customers
- Basic alterations
- Strong attention to detail
- Song communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- A creative mindset and an eye for fashion trends is advantageous

Pay: From £20.00 per day
