The Trustees and Governors of the Academy wish to appoint a Pastoral Leader to join our dynamic inclusion team.
Duties include to provide pastoral support to students within our House System which enables them to be successful in school and to support Teachers and other staff in managing the behaviour of 230+ students within the House. The successful candidate will also monitor a team of form tutors to ensure they are held accountable for students adhering to NLA’s Basic 8 standards.
