Duties
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational goals and deliver excellent customer service
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures across all activities
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and service users
- Support training initiatives by onboarding new staff and coaching existing team members on best practices
- Manage daily workflow, resolve issues promptly, and escalate concerns when necessary to maintain efficiency
- Manage and participate in the on-call rota

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a health and social care environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record
- Experience of dementia care delivery
- Ability to effectively communicate instructions and expectations clearly to team members
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to support operational demands

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
