Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to provide personalised assistance to a young male with cerebral palsy , he has complex needs & is peg fed .This role involves supporting him in daily activities, fostering independence, and promoting wellbeing within a respectful and caring environment. Duties
This role is mainly for overnight care
- Develop and implement collaboration with families, healthcare professionals, and the clients themselves
- Support clients in participating in community activities, outings, and social events
- Provide transportation as needed, including driving clients to appointments or activities
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistent supportQualifications
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable also peg & medication experience
- Experience in personal care & use of hoist
- Valid driving licence and ability to drive safely are essential
- communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes
- Compassionate attitude with a strong commitment to supporting independence and wellbeing

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
